SHOP POLICIES

Shipping Fees

  • All shipping is within Canada. We try to use flat rate box to cut down on fees. There are some pieces that will be impossible to ship in those boxes. And at that point, it will all depend on the size and weight of the piece you'd like delivered.

Returns & Exchanges

  • We do not accept any returns or exchanges.

​

Broken or Damaged Pieces

  • We wrap our pieces as best as we can in terms of how "awkward" they can be, however, with the post and carrier companies, there are things out of our control.​

  • We do suggest re-gluing any piece(s) that may have fallen off.

  • With photo proof, we will honour  a refund IF the piece is completely unfixable to no fault of your own.

Wrong Order

  • If for some reason an order was mixed up and you received the wrong piece, we ask that you send back the piece (no damage) and we will resend the piece ordered with no charge to you.​

Lost Shipments

  • Every order has a tracking number attached, and once payment and shipping is paid, we will send out your tracking number through email or whichever social media outlet we have been communicating in. Once you receive your tracking number, we are no longer responsible for that package.

​

Cancellations

  • We only accept cancellations before a piece is shipped out. Please note that most pieces are shipped out within 24-48 hours after a payment has been received.
